Anam Rani

Anam Rani is an artist whose work explores themes of identity, transformation, and belonging, shaped by personal experience and cultural displacement. Born in Pakistan, Anam grew up in a highly controlled environment, where societal expectations dictated life’s trajectory. Marriage was not a choice but an obligation, and personal expression was constrained by rigid norms. However, moving away from that world became a portal into another universe, one where self-definition and artistic creation could flourish.
